New Orleans::Halloween::Bellydance Workshops/Show

If you've ever needed an excuse to come the New Orleans for Halloween, now you have one:

2008 Halloween falls on Friday, and........
on Saturday and Sunday, Urban Gypsy (www.urbangypsy.cc/) and Rachel George (www.rachelbellydance.com/) will be teaching workshops. We'll be having a show on Saturday night. And yes, the workshops begin at noon on Saturday since we know that we'll all be a bit hungover.


More info coming, but mark your calendars and start thinking about whose couch you'll surf!


This weekend of workshops is made possible by a lovely collaboration of three bellydance teachers here in NOLA.

    Ali, those links are not working. Sometimes Tribe includes the characters following the url in the address (in this case, the end parends) and this messes things up.

      Thanks for the heads up.

      Here are the fuller details about the classes and show------------

      Friday night is Halloween, and if you've never been to New Orleans for Halloween, well....it's our second favorite holiday. You won't believe the costumes and the street party.
      Saturday at noon, the master classes commence.
      Saturday evening, we'll have a show at the Balcony Club in the Quarter.
      Sunday and Monday, the classes continue.
